Maple Springs, The Main Divide and Palomar Divide 10/17/06
We'd never done Palomar Divide, an easy but beautiful trail in the mountains
south east of
Agaunga, California, so off we went! First we headed east from Silverado, California
via another
easy trail we've done a few times now, Maple Springs and the Main Divide
to Lake
Ellsinore, then hit the pavement for the ride out Highway 79 to the Palomar
Divide. The views
were fantastic! The clouds crawled over from the coast and fell over the Santa
Ana Mountains
making for spectacular scenery that the camera probably did not capture entirely.
